Se trata de ganar
Strategy is not an eternal PowerPoint or a treasure map that no one understands. It is, essentially, a set of key decisions —wise, brave, and rebellious— that we make to differentiate ourselves and win. Because yes, in this game, the goal is to win. Not by elbowing others out, but with intelligence, originality, and purpose.
When we talk about strategy, we’re talking about marking a path with high beams. A clear path that allows us to move forward confidently, so the brand not only looks good, but also conquers, convinces, connects, and emerges victorious in any territory: from the supermarket shelf to the saturated Instagram feed.
A good strategy isn’t a 90-page PDF. It’s simple. It’s sharp. And above all, it’s focused on highlighting what makes a brand unique so it can face all its opponents with dignity and style.
Who are the opponents?
The competition, of course. But also the distraction, preconceived ideas, information overload (yes, that exists!), fake news, algorithms, fleeting trends, and even that endless scrolling that makes us forget what we saw 30 seconds ago.
So how do you win?
Doing things differently. With strategy, yes, but also with cleverness, intuition, and creativity. You’ve got to surprise. Cut through the noise. And above all, say something meaningful. Because if it doesn’t say anything, no matter how brilliant the idea is, no one will remember it.
And how do we know if we are winning?
This is where the less glamorous but absolutely necessary part comes in: measuring. It’s about executing with intention, implementing with consistency, integrating just the right amount of technology, observing, learning, iterating, and improving. Because a living strategy is one that adapts. One that doesn’t sleep. One that doesn’t give up.
